Josh Allen has a lot of titles: Buffalo Bills quarterback, NFL MVP, All-Pro, Pro Bowler. This week he added another title to his resume: Dad. Allen and his wife, actress Hailee Steinfeld, welcomed a baby girl, making the announcement on Substack.
The announcement was titled, "Special Delivery," writing, "Our baby girl has arrived!! We're feeling incredibly grateful and blessed and savouring these early moments. Thank you so much for the love and well wishes. Love, Hailee and Josh."
The couple did not reveal the baby's name or give any other details.
The two shared the news that they were expecting their first child together back in December with a video on social media.
Allen has discussed his excitement and how he will embrace his new role as a dad, saying in January, "It's something that I will take with great pride. And we're going to have to figure things out on the go, just like anything else."
Steinfeld shared updates on her journey to motherhood throughout her pregnancy, including attending the Golden Globes. The "Sinners" star was unable to attend the Oscars due to the event being close to her due date.
Allen and Steinfeld began dating in 2023 and got married last May after a six-month engagement.
